One day in a restaurant

One day in a restaurant, there were two people having diner. The girl suddenly offered a cup. The boy was surprisingly calm, and accepted the offer. The girl said “we are still good friends “The boy replied “sure of cause we are still good friends, if you encountered any troubles, I will help you with my best” And then the boy smile stupidly as usual. They then finished the dinner quietly. After that day, the boy calls the girl every day as usual, asking her life, give regards. Although the girl feels weird, but she didn’t ask why and accepted his regards. Until one day the girl got annoyed and angry.



“It’s none of your business” said the girl on the phone. Boy calmly replied “I am sorry, my bad “. It was because the girl had a fight with her new boy friend. The poor boy had to take her anger so she could feel better. The next day the boy didn’t call again, the girl feel weird, but she didn’t think much. A few days later, the boy still hasn’t called her. The girl thought “what is happening?” I only got angry once; is he angry with me? The girl tried to call him, but his phone has been cut off. So she went to his workplace, and asked his good friend about but his good friend had no ideas about where he went, but all his know is that he went overseas. But the boy isn’t rich enough to go overseas, and even if he really went to overseas, his friends should know about it. When she go back home, she found a letter in the mailbox. The letter is sent by the boy. After she read the letter, she confirmed the doubt about he went to overseas. And she thought “so slack, don’t even tell me before leaving”. After that, although she….sees him again, but she still receive letter regularly from him, especially important days, such as her birthday (with birthday presents) Valentine’s day with flowers and no doubts about Christmas.



Even though she hasn’t seen him, but she can still feel his care and regards, but the letter does not have his address nor return address. She feels like the letters were sent by someone else. The boy’s friend also suddenly become so kind to her not only people inviting her on her birthday or but they also invite her to go to shopping with her. She could actually feel warmth of his friends. Although she felt weird at the beginning, she got used to it. When……pass by at that period of times, she feel so happy, it was like her happiest time in her life. But the letters suddenly stopped coming, she started to hesitate and scare, and she doesn’t know why she is scared. She only knows that she wants to read his letters. In two years time, the boy keep sending letter to her with warmth regards especially on special days, to be with to continue walking the path of her life him and his letters had become a part of her life, but now it suddenly disappeared, she feel like a part of her body is missing, so she started to know for him.



She went to the place where the boy used to go and waited there day and day for him and hope to see him again, but she didn’t the boy was like evaporated. So she went to his workplace again with her last hope but his workmates don’t know where he is until she asked a lady named Jessica. When she asked her about the boy, she suddenly cried. She didn’t know what is happening until one of his good friend gave her a number to call. She was really happy and tried about calling him when she called, a male answered the phone, but she was sure that not him even though he haven’t been seeing each other for 2 years the male answered was his brother. He told her to meet in a café, so he can tell her what is happening so they met in a café and found about that the letters sent to her was sent by his brother. It was the boy who asked his about sends these letters to her. And his brother also gave her a letter on that day. And so read the letter.



“Hi xxxx, how are you? How have you been recently? The season is changing, don’t forget to wear more clothes how is your study? Don’t forget to keep studying hard. :D hehe.., treated you like a kid, I am sorry. But I just can’t stop caring about you, you always need people to care and protect you. But you don’t have to worry; I have asked my good friends to look after you. Because when you are reading his letter, I’ve already move to a far place. I can’t look after you anymore, and I can’t stop worrying so I used those letters to be with you, hope you don’t mind but this will be my last letter because my time here had finished. I don’t want you to see my look now, I don’t want to scare you, and even more, I don’t want you to be sad. I hope you can live happily, this is my biggest wish in my life, and you are having a big exam soon. If I affected your ability for the exam, I won’t be able to forgive myself because this is my last hope in my life. I think I have written about 200+ letters hope you think it’s not too much. :D I am leaving soon, but I never regret about being with you. I felt really happy in the days when I was with you. Although, you didn’t choose me eventually, but if you didn’t want to break up with me, I won’t know how I am going to mention about leaving you. Because I don’t want to hurt you, either way, I won’t be able to look after you and bring you happiness. After I broke up with you, I become weaker and weaker, and doctor told me that I only have 3 months times to live but you were pretty smart to break up with me, hehe..:D So I counted the days I have left and wrote about 200 letters and asked my little brother to help me follow the dates to send them to you. It has been 2 years totally; I think...I think your feeling to me is a lot less than before, isn’t it? It should be easier for you to accept the fact that I am not long here now. And I don’t have the energy left to write anymore letters. I hope you can forgive me. I just wanted to tell you how much I love you, I hate myself that I can’t look after you forever even you married another man but can I? Because the times that god have given me is up, although it was short, but I didn’t regret because my life was completed. It was like our love, even it was short, but I think it was worth it thank you for giving my first love, to complete my life. But If I can choose, I rather not to love you, so I can die without worries but can I go back to the past? I don’t want to hurt you, if there is anything TOMORROW that I can do to make us be together forever I will do it. But there is no tomorrow for me now. So I must leave you, If I can leave without worries, that mean I no longer love you, no longer care about you. But my tears already told me that I can’t let you go. Because I LOVE YOU!!!
